Michael B. Jordan to star in and direct "The Thomas Crown affair" remake at amazon/mgm

Deadline was the first to report that michael b. jordan has found his sophomore directorial effort after last year's creed 3. the next film michael will helm will be the remake of the 1968 romance thriller, the thomas crown affair. this follows after 1999's remake with pierce brosnan. michael has been attached to the film but it was officially confirmed today that he will star in and direct it.

drew pearce (The Fall guy) wrote the script. there is no release date yet.
